The module operates continuously and automatically adjusts to the linear extrusion speed, eliminating jams and axial stress on the pipe.
The equipment efficiently processes in-demand pipe sizes with an outer diameter ranging from OD 110 mm to OD 200 mm.
The mechanical design and control algorithms are suitable for perforating both standard pipes and pipes with socket (muff) joints.
The system allows flexible cutting configurations, providing up to 6 slots in a single pipe cross-section with programmable quantity adjustment.
Slot cutting is performed by blades made of a specialized ultra-hard, wear-resistant alloy. The knives retain factory sharpness for extended periods, drastically cutting consumable costs and increasing service intervals (TCO reduction).
The kinematics of the blade movement ensure smooth slot edges without burrs or plastic debris, eliminating the need for post-processing or secondary cleaning.
